These Terms and Conditions govern all B2B wholesale transactions, medical inventory purchases, and account coordinate usage executed on the AB Pharmacy portal. By registering your pharmacy or checking out orders, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these operational terms in full.
AB Pharmacy operates strictly as a wholesale B2B distributor. Account registration is open to retail pharmacies, shops, and B2B partners. All accounts are subject to administrative review and approval. Access to wholesale catalog pricing and product checkout features is granted exclusively to approved partner profiles.
All wholesale prices are listed in BDT and correspond to direct-from-manufacturer pricing structures. While maximum retail prices (MRP) are printed on packaging, B2B wholesale pricing, margin percentages, and bulk stock bonus packages are updated dynamically. Listed rates do not include delivery fees for orders below minimum limits.
Orders are dispatched to respective regional division markets and local hubs on scheduled delivery runs. Wholesalers must check out their orders before the 6:00 PM cutoff the evening prior to scheduled runs. Free shipping applies to checkouts exceeding 2,000 BDT.
All order settlements are made strictly via Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt and doorstep count verification at your pharmacy front. No digital prepayments or credit lines are supported unless explicitly authorized by the administrator.
AB Pharmacy serves exclusively as a wholesale distributor. We accept no liability for clinical side effects, manufacturing errors, formulation discrepancies, or recall operations run by pharmaceutical companies. All manufacturer disputes must be handled directly with the brand license owner.
